RETURNS/REFUNDS

There are no refunds for non-refundable booking deposits, graphic services, lash extension, waxing or facial services. A 3-day free touch-up is available to lash extension clients.

For any undamaged product, unused and unopened product simply return it to Glow Treatment Studio with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

The customer is responsible for returning the product to us.
