Skin Transformation Program Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in a Glow Treatment Studio Skin Transformation Program, you are committing to a personalized skincare journey designed to support consistency, professional guidance and long-term skin health. Please review the following terms before enrollment.

PROGRAM COMMITMENT & PAYMENT

Skin Transformation Programs are fixed-term programs and are not month-to-month memberships.

The total program investment is divided into the payment schedule selected at enrollment. Monthly payments are installments toward the total cost of the program and do not represent a cancel-anytime monthly membership.

All scheduled payments must be successfully processed according to the payment plan agreed upon at enrollment.

Treatments will not be performed when a scheduled payment is past due or unsuccessful. The program balance must be paid in full before the client’s final treatment.

Programs do not automatically renew at the end of the stated program term. Continued care may be recommended separately based on the client’s progress and skincare goals.

FAILED PAYMENTS

If a scheduled payment is declined or unsuccessful, any upcoming treatment appointments may be placed on hold until the outstanding payment has been successfully processed.

The client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method throughout the payment-plan period.

Repeated failed payments may result in suspension of treatment privileges and cancellation of remaining appointments until the account is brought current.

CANCELLATIONS & EARLY TERMINATION

Enrollment reserves treatment availability and access to the benefits included within the selected Skin Transformation Program.

Once the program has begun, clients are expected to complete the agreed-upon program term.

Choosing to discontinue participation does not automatically cancel an outstanding program balance. Any cancellation or early-termination request will be reviewed according to these terms, services already received and applicable law.

Glow Treatment Studio reserves the right to discontinue a client’s participation when necessary for safety, repeated policy violations, inappropriate conduct, nonpayment or circumstances that prevent services from being safely provided.

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULING

Life happens. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments rescheduled with adequate notice may be moved to another available appointment within the client’s active program period.

Repeated rescheduling may affect the ability to complete all included treatments before the program expiration date.

LATE CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be considered used and deducted from the client’s remaining program treatments.

Exceptions may be considered for documented emergencies or circumstances at Glow Treatment Studio’s discretion.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in removal from the program and/or restrictions on future booking.

PROGRAM EXPIRATION & UNUSED TREATMENTS

Transformation Programs are designed to be completed consistently within their stated timeframe.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending their included appointments during their program period.

Unused treatments do not roll over indefinitely.

Unless Glow Treatment Studio has approved an extension in writing, unused treatments expire 30 days after the scheduled completion date of the program.

Extensions may be considered for documented medical circumstances, military obligations, pregnancy, significant illness or other circumstances at Glow Treatment Studio’s discretion.

REFUNDS

Payments made toward a Skin Transformation Program are generally nonrefundable once services have begun, subject to applicable law.

Completed treatments, consultations, skincare products that have been dispensed or opened, and other benefits already used are not refundable.

If Glow Treatment Studio is unable to provide remaining prepaid services, any refund or credit due will be determined based on the unused portion of the program and applicable law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any refund or cancellation right provided to a client by applicable law.

PROFESSIONAL HOME CARE

Professional home care is an essential part of The Glow Method™.

Clients must follow their prescribed home-care routine for a minimum of two weeks before beginning professional corrective treatments, unless otherwise directed by their esthetician.

Required products included in a client’s prescribed treatment plan must be purchased through Glow Treatment Studio. This allows Glow Treatment Studio to verify the products being used, monitor the client’s response and make appropriate adjustments throughout the program.

Failure to follow the prescribed home-care plan may delay or modify professional treatments when proceeding would not be appropriate for the client’s skin.

PRODUCT DISCOUNT — GLOW TRANSFORMATION

Clients actively enrolled in the Glow Transformation program receive the program’s stated discount on eligible professional skincare products purchased during an in-person treatment visit.

The discount:

• Applies only while the client’s Glow Transformation program is active.

• Applies only to eligible products purchased directly through Glow Treatment Studio during the treatment visit.

• Cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or offers unless otherwise stated.

• Has no cash value.

• Does not apply retroactively to previous purchases.

• Does not apply after the program has expired or been completed.

Glow Treatment Studio may exclude certain brands, devices, bundles, special-order products or promotional items from the discount.

MEDICAL CHANGES & TREATMENT SAFETY

Your safety comes first.

Clients must inform Glow Treatment Studio of changes to medications, pregnancy or breastfeeding status, medical diagnoses, procedures, allergies, skin reactions or other circumstances that could affect treatment safety.

If a client becomes temporarily unable to receive professional treatments for medical reasons, Glow Treatment Studio may pause the program and extend the expiration date when appropriate.

If a medical condition or contraindication prevents the client from safely completing the program, Glow Treatment Studio will review the remaining program balance, unused services and circumstances individually to determine an appropriate credit, modification or refund consistent with applicable law.

Glow Treatment Studio may request appropriate medical clearance before resuming treatment when necessary for client safety.

TREATMENT SELECTION

Enrollment in a Transformation Program does not guarantee any specific treatment or modality.

Treatments are customized according to the client’s skin condition, progress, contraindications and professional assessment at the time of each appointment.

Glow Treatment Studio reserves the right to modify, postpone or decline a treatment when doing so is necessary to protect the client’s skin or health.

RESULTS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Skincare results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Successful corrective skincare requires consistency with professional treatments, prescribed home care and recommendations provided throughout the program.

The client agrees to communicate changes, reactions and concerns promptly and to follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing and enrolling in a Glow Treatment Studio Skin Transformation Program, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the program’s total price, payment schedule, duration, included services and these Skin Transformation Program Terms & Conditions.

The client understands that installment payments represent payments toward a fixed-term program and not a cancel-anytime monthly membership.
